Many of our recipes and candy-making methods date back to the 1940s from Don and Katy Kilwin. For example, we still cook our caramel with traditional copper kettles. And some of our original equipment from the mid-1900s at our chocolate kitchen in Petoskey, MI is still used. We combine our new and heritage equipment to provide the best chocolates and confections for our guests. The Kilwin family business is a success story we’re proud to continue.

We include premium ingredients in our products. You’ll find crisp Granny Smith apples, fine nuts and fruits, and freshly popped corn. Our candy shops are unique in that we boast in-store craftsmanship.
