Driven by their love of all things sweet, founders Don and Katy Kilwin got into the dessert business back in 1947. They started by selling chocolates and baked goods before they expanded into the Kilwins products we know today. The current lineup features our proprietary TUTTLE™ Nut Caramels, Heritage Chocolate bark, Original Recipe Ice Cream and so much more.

Here at Kilwins, we combine old-school techniques with modern technology. We have mastered the art of dipping and decorating many of our desserts by hand since our doors first opened. Kilwins controls the entire process, from handcrafting each piece to ensuring they end up on store shelves looking and tasting absolutely perfect. Our Holland chocolate store uses a mix of both new equipment, including some Heritage equipment that dates way back to the 40s.

Our ice cream journey started in 1985, and over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting this dessert until it was the best it could possibly be. We are proud to call our ice cream super-premium with a consistency and deliciousness that you cannot find in other ice cream parlors.

At Kilwins, we run and operate our own climate-controlled trucks that are specialized to maintain an ideal temperature and consistency for our ice cream. Every step of the process is carefully monitored so that the first bite of ice cream is flawless every time.
