Our candy cooks work hard to create our chocolates, Mackinac Island Fudge, and ice cream. Our commitment is clear in every product we make. For example, our perfect caramel apples have been made the same way for over 70 years. We dip Granny Smith apples in caramel (made in copper kettles) and coat them in our customers’ favorite toppings—from nuts to candy to our Heritage Chocolate. We make many of our products by hand.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our operations, both in terms of what we carry in our stores as well as the number of locations we have across the country. As we’ve grown, we’ve upgraded our cooking tools, but some of our cooking processes have remained unchanged over the decades.

Our Ridgewood chocolate store is located right across the street from Van Neste Square Memorial Park, a beautiful spot to enjoy a scoop of ice cream on a warm summer’s day.
